Clayton Andrews, Executive Director


Clayton is an Arizona native who has lived in Utah for 7 years. Since completing a Masters of Healthcare Administration at Arizona State University he has enjoyed working to improve patient and resident experiences in the healthcare industry. Clayton enjoys interacting with the patients and residents at Legacy Village and believes that each one should receive the best possible care and service. He enjoys collaborating with the team at Legacy Village to ensure it remains a standout healthcare community in the Salt Lake Valley.

Mylinda Ellis, Assisted Living Manager


Mylinda is originally from California, but moved to Utah 10+ years ago, she attended Stevens Henagar College where she earned her master’s degree in healthcare administration. Mylinda started working in the senior industry when she was 20 years old. It has been a passion of hers to work with seniors much like her own mother. She wants to make a difference in the lives of residents, families, and associates. Mylinda is excited to be working with the Legacy family. She strives to help her associates be the best in the industry.

Liz Cox, Marketing Director


Liz has been with Legacy Retirement Communities since 2010. It was during her time at the corporate offices for Legacy Retirement, that she pursued a position in the senior living industry and Legacy Village of Taylorsville. One thing she loves most about working at Legacy, is our Personal Touch Culture--she feels it helps us to be a little better, do a little more, take the time to connect with our residents and thus, make a real difference.

Kristin Garcia, Resident Care Coordinator


Kristin was born and raised in Utah. She obtained her bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of Utah. Kristin has been an emergency department nurse for the past 10+ years and has loved everything that she has been able to learn while helping those around her. Kristin especially enjoys working at Legacy Village because she is able to build lasting relationships with residents, families, and associates. Kristin loves spending time with her family, watching movies, ice skating, hiking, and traveling. She loves the sun and the beach--and then more beach.

JoAnne Timmerman, Dining Services Director


JoAnne first started working as a dishwasher in a nursing community when she was 14 years old. She moved up very quickly and became a cook when she was 15 and has been cooking ever since. Her mission as the Dining Services Director is to provide residents, families and guests with a delicious, nutritious and enjoyable dining experience. She believes in working together as a team so that all can learn from each other. In her spare time, JoAnne enjoys camping and fishing.

Kirsten Daines, Recreation Director


Kirsten was raised in Appleton, WI but moved to Utah to attend the University of Utah where she received her bachelor's degree in Human Development. Kirsten started with working at Legacy House of South Jordan during college, where she gained a deep love and appreciation for the elderly she worked with and knew that was what she wanted to do. Kirsten wants to make a positive and lasting impact on those around her and is excited to join our team at Legacy Village of Taylorsville.

Terry Hutchison, Maintenance Director


Terry is very proud to be from Gerome, Idaho. Terry grew up working in the potato fields, and owning his own lawn care business during his high school years. He moved to Utah and worked for Aladdin IND Manufacturing for 35+ years. He attended Salt Lake Community College and received his business degree from Mountain West College. He is also a certified building inspector. Terry is excited to join the Legacy family, where he can make a difference in others’ lives. Terry loves his family, camping, and four-wheeling.
